We are hiring a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to drive process improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency across our manufacturing units. The role focuses on lean practices, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years in manufacturing excellence/operations (tools/engineering preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics.
• Proven track record in driving cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Engineering degree (MBA/Lean Six Sigma certification preferred)
